We never sell your data. This site sets no cookies, so there is no banner to dismiss, and browsing it is anonymous. We receive something about you only when you deliberately send us a form.

What we collect and why

When you send us a form, we collect what you typed into it — and we use it for the thing the form was for, which is usually reading what you wrote and replying. If the form is a mailing-list signup, joining it means we will write to you about that one thing and nothing else. We do not add you to any other list, and we never sell any of it.

Separately, we count page views and a few interactions, like a form being opened or a signup succeeding, so we can tell which parts of the site are useful. Never what you entered into a form.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of outside services to run this site: to deliver email, to store what forms collect, and to count page views. Each one receives only what it needs for that job.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@physicsofcreativity.co and we will do it — we delete our copy and ask whichever service is holding it to delete theirs. There is no form to fill in and no account to log into.

There is no stored consent to withdraw, so there is nothing here to switch off. If you would rather not be counted at all, any content blocker stops the analytics and the site works exactly the same.

How long we keep it

Messages you send us

As ordinary correspondence, with no fixed deletion date — the same way we keep any message someone chooses to send us.

Mailing-list entries

Until we no longer need them for the thing you signed up to hear about.

Other form submissions

Removed after 90 days, unless we are still in a conversation you started.

Our logs

When something fails we record which form it was and a short code for why — never a field value or an email address. Our hosting provider keeps its own request logs, which include IP addresses, the way every web host does.
